Ariane Biagini Cowper

Residential & Commercial Real Estate Broker
Associate Broker

Growing up in a bilingual household, on the Westmount flats, Ariane was exposed to the real estate industry at an early age and is proud to be a third-generation real estate broker in her family. In addition, her great-great grandfather, John Henry Hand, was a prominent builder specializing in Westmount and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce homes.

Ariane obtained her French baccalaureate in Economics and Social Sciences from Collège International Marie-de-France. Being passionate about many subjects, and having a curious attitude towards life, Ariane decided to study Humanities and Communications at McGill University, with a specialization in Art History, which gave her a keen sense of aesthetics.

She then obtained a post-graduate degree at McGill University in Public Relations, subsequently moving to New York City to pursue her love of fashion where she obtained a degree in Fashion Marketing at Parsons School of Design. Ariane worked for Topshop and Anne Fontaine in the fast-paced fashion world of Manhattan, before returning to her hometown of Montreal. Ariane has acquired experience in sales, public relations, marketing and operations management.

One of Ariane’s professors once described her as a tranquil force: a person who is both calm and patient, but also determined, resilient and industrious. Working with integrity and gaining her client’s trust is important to Ariane and she strives to offer quality service with the utmost professionalism and quiet discretion.

Since embarking on her real estate career in 2021, Ariane chose to work alongside Karen, and it has been a very rewarding collaboration.  Karen has been an excellent mentor. From the start, she exposed Ariane to all types of transactions and every aspect of the process of executing transactions in an extremely thorough and professional manner for a diverse clientele of buyers and sellers. Together they always have the objective of exceeding their client’s expectations.
